Dr. Leonard J. Brenner, DMD, FAGD, FICD, FASDA, brings more than three decades of experience to Midtown Dental Group Grand Army Plaza. Known for his thoughtful, patient-first approach, Dr. Brenner is committed to delivering high-quality dental care with a strong focus on comfort, trust, and long-term satisfaction. His goal is to help every patient feel confident in both their care and their smile.
Dr. Brenner earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed his residency at Brookdale Hospital. Throughout his career, he has remained deeply committed to continuing education, including advanced study through the Pankey Institute Continuum and Dawson Advanced Dental Concepts Continuum. He is a longtime member of several respected dental organizations and has been recognized with multiple fellowships and honors for his contributions to dentistry.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Brenner has served in leadership, teaching, and community roles throughout his career, reflecting his dedication to the profession both inside and outside the office. His extensive involvement in study clubs, dental societies, and public service speaks to a lifelong passion for learning and giving back. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Brenner enjoys spending time with his wife, Mallory, and their three grown children, as well as playing tennis, golfing, and listening to Frank Sinatra.
