Dr. Emily Sheppard is a talented and dedicated dental professional. She served the veteran community at the Lyons VA as part of their General Practice Residency (GPR) program. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she demonstrated a strong commitment to providing exceptional dental care, earning the Rutgers Dental esthetics award her senior year. Prior to pursuing her career in dentistry, Dr. Sheppard graduated magna cum laude from Muhlenberg College, where she excelled academically and honed her skills in various leadership roles.
As a dental practitioner, she is passionate about patient education and preventative care, aiming to ensure her patients maintain optimal oral health. Outside of her work, Dr. Sheppard enjoys spending time with her beloved Goldendoodle, George and staying active. Her compassionate and caring nature extends to her personal life, and she is known for her strong commitment to both her patients and her community.
