Dr. Daniel Kim grew up on Long Island and has been a lifelong New Yorker. He graduated with honors from Columbia College, Columbia University, where he majored in Neuroscience and Behavior. Inspired by his father, a general dentist, Dr. Kim pursued his dental education at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. There, he received the American Association of Orthodontists Award for Exceptional Interest in the Development of the Oro-Facial Complex.
During his specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Columbia University, Dr. Kim served on the team at the Center for Skeletal Dysplasias at the Hospital for Special Surgery. He also received the Dr. Thomas Cangialosi Award in recognition of clinical excellence.
A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Kim remains actively involved in orthodontic education as a part-time clinical faculty member in Columbia University’s Department of Orthodontics.
Dr. Kim provides the latest advancements in orthodontic treatment with a personalized, patient-centered approach. He is passionate about delivering exceptional care while building meaningful, lasting relationships with every patient.
